  • 1–3 years of experience in customer care or administrative roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and email management tools

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

  • English: Fluent (written and spoken) - Mandatory

  • Hindi: Conversational to Fluent ( Not mandatory)

Responsible For
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online channels

  • Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer issues

  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record management

  • Maintain customer databases and internal documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

Additional Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and email platforms

  • Ability to work with online tools and cloud-based systems

  • Stable internet connection and basic computer troubleshooting skills

  • On self visa ( preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work independently and remotely
