  • A multi-vendor AI digital marketplace, enabling independent vendors to list, sell, and distribute AI products, tools, software, APIs, and services

All marketplace offerings are delivered digitally and provided by third-party vendors, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. User Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

  • Will use the platform only for lawful purposes

5. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • All activities conducted under your account

  • Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date

Ivy Digitals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments & Pricing

All prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be completed in full before access to digital products or commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. No Refund Policy

7.1 Services

  • No refunds will be provided once any service has started, including but not limited to digital marketing, web development, app development, AI consulting, or integration services.

  • Commencement of work constitutes acceptance of service delivery.

7.2 Digital Products

  • All digital products are non-refundable, including AI software, tools, subscriptions, APIs, licenses, downloadable content, and cloud-based solutions.

  • Once access is granted or delivery is initiated, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted.

By purchasing any service or digital product, you expressly agree to this no refund policy.

8. Marketplace Disclaimer & Vendor Responsibility

Ivy Digitals acts solely as a marketplace facilitator.

  • We do not own, develop, test, or control third-party AI products listed on the platform

  • Vendors are fully responsible for their products, services, performance, accuracy, compliance, licensing, and customer support

  • Ivy Digitals is not responsible or liable for:

    • AI product functionality or outcomes

    • Errors, inaccuracies, or failures of AI tools

    • Vendor conduct, representations, or guarantees

    • Customer disputes related to vendor-provided products or services

Any issues, claims, or disputes related to AI products must be resolved directly between the customer and the vendor.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Ivy Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform

  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Ivy Digitals for the specific service giving rise to the claim

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, platform design, and proprietary materials belonging to Ivy Digitals remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Vendors retain ownership of their own products and content but grant Ivy Digitals a limited license to display and promote them on the platform.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

  • Misrepresent products, services, or identity

  • Violate intellectual property or data protection laws

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Termination does not entitle users to refunds.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

14. Changes to These Terms

Ivy Digitals reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
