This page explains how Ivy Digitals deploys and supports AI workforce solutions for businesses across the UAE and GCC. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and service agreements.
1. Purpose of This Disclaimer
Ivy Digitals provides AI-enabled tools, automations, and workflows to improve productivity in marketing, customer service, operations, and digital commerce. AI systems are designed to assist people, not replace business judgment, regulatory obligations, or professional advice.
2. No Guaranteed Business Outcome
AI implementation can improve speed, consistency, and decision support; however, outcomes vary by industry, data quality, process maturity, and user adoption. Ivy Digitals does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, staffing savings, or return on investment unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Human Oversight Requirement
Clients remain responsible for human review and final approval of AI-generated outputs. This includes customer-facing messages, campaign creatives, pricing recommendations, analytics interpretations, chatbot actions, and internal reports.
4. Accuracy and Hallucination Risk
AI systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading outputs. Clients must verify critical information before relying on it for operational, legal, financial, medical, HR, or compliance decisions.
5. Data, Access, and Security
Clients are responsible for lawful data collection, usage permissions, and secure access controls in their own environments. Ivy Digitals can advise on best practices, but client teams remain accountable for account permissions, retention policies, and internal governance controls.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Models
Many AI workforce solutions rely on third-party software, APIs, cloud providers, model vendors, and communication tools. Performance, uptime, pricing, and feature availability may change without notice by those providers. Ivy Digitals is not liable for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
7. Regulatory and Legal Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that AI usage complies with applicable UAE laws, free-zone requirements, labour obligations, sector regulations, and international obligations that apply to their operations. Where legal interpretation is required, clients should seek qualified legal counsel.
8. Fair Use and Ethical Deployment
Clients must not use AI workforce systems for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling, deceptive communications, intellectual property abuse, or any misuse that violates platform terms or law. Ivy Digitals may suspend or terminate support if misuse is detected.
9. Service Boundaries
Unless separately contracted, Ivy Digitals does not act as an employer, legal advisor, auditor, or regulator for client organisations. AI workforce setup and managed services are implementation and optimisation services only.
